We here at the Rat Team would like to Announce the Caps & Cogs Update

Caps:

With the addition of caps which may include Hats for the your rat

Or other things like a Pool Floaty

Cogs:

As well as Caps we have added many quality of life updates

Mainly fixing desktop issue with different sizes, heights, and positions
